I completely sympathize with your position. I was 18 and pregnant also. I had an open adoption where I, like you, selected my son's adoptive parents. There were periods where I questioned my decision even after the birth. Ultimately I know I made the best decision possible. My son (it is still hard for me to refer to him as that) will be 14 in about ten minutes
