I am a Firstmom in search for my 22 yr old twin sons, to my knowledge, (which is not vast)
....I have always read and heard only Firstparents& adoptees can search...maybe in some cases at a certain age, if firstparents are deceased, a sibling. I hired a C.I. and she told me I can search and put in writing to her, in the event I should die before they are found, my son who is 29 (their half brother) can recieve the info. I do not know if Ne. has C.I., but could be a thought, the cost is very reasonable...at least in my case(Az.) Good Luck...keep posting , your journey may be of help to others....
