When he was a senior in high school a friend asked him to give their teacher a cookie that had marijuana in it. They got arrested later that week at school. He did not make the cookie but he did hand it to the teacher for his friend so he was charged I just don't know with what. He had to pay a fine and had to report to a probabtion officer for 1 year. I know his record has been sealed but for live scan it doesn't matter.
