Our TPR trial is almost here--first week of November!

After that, I know they have a permanency hearing scheduled in December. We are the concurrent family for these children.

Will we be able to petition for adoption once the TPR hearing is over or do we have to wait until that perm. hearing? It sounds to me like we can file right away.

Also, when are other parties clearly out of the picture. I should not worry--and I don't most of the time but as it gets closer you get this feeling that something will drop from the sky!
