My fs asks "what's that?" - constantly. My fd asks 'why'. I have figured out how to stop the why question, at least at our house... When she says 'why' too many times I throw my hands up in the air, making the letter 'Y' and with a loud, whiny voice (and smile) yell WHY? I especially love to do this in public because it always shocks and embarrasses her. She learned quickly to recognize the letter 'Y' on paper too!
