DNA should be to lapcorp Monday morning, so it should ship back out Thurs, but that means the USE won't process it until Monday. With the holidays at the beginning of the month, I'd guess Pink on Nov 4 with appt Nov 10.
However, if labcorp moves fast you could have results back to the USE by Weds night (unlikely, but...) in which case pink for Oct 30 and USE the week of Nov 3-6--can you vote early!?
I'd put my money on the week of Nov 10-14 as your pickup week.
