I wonder why my past and current agency say the ICBF wait for an infant is up to 30 months?
If ICBF strictly follows that list (give or take a few months) it seems to be at least 36 months!?! I am already starting to go a little batty with all the “any news yet?” questions.

8/6/08 ~ New agency
