Awwwww.....I am so sorry. If it helps you out at all they did the same thing with Mikayla and I was so devastated. Her hair was SO long and when they sent her monthly pictures they had CHOPPED it totally off and I mean it was a little butchered. It was awful and I cried and cried and DH didn't understand...he said it was just hair and it would grow back. Since she has been home I have still not had her hair cut. :-) I feel your pain....I know it's hard...hang in there.
