Looking for a Wisconsin Foster to Adopt Buddy
Hi!
Newbie here! My husband and I decided to adopt a couple of months ago. After talking to the case worker at the agency we are going through for the AA/Biracial infants, we decided to go with Foster to Adopt. I have been viewing a lot of forums but haven't really posted much because I wasn't sure what to say. I am starting to get very excited about the whole process and was hoping to find some buddies to talk to. (Maybe even near Appleton, WI would be cool!)
Anyone who has any pointers on how to proceed and things we should prepare, etc would be very appreciated!

Sent in Application end of February 2009.
Begin Homestudy - first meeting with SW on 4/21/09
Special Needs Adoption classes - March 2009 and April 2009.
Hoping to adopt a sibling group through the Special Needs program.
Bio mom to 8 yr old son.
Step mom to 21 yr old step-son.
