I know from receiving my non id info that she had a hard time giving me up for adoption in 1965. So I know she cared about me and wonder if maybe if loved ones can watch over us from heaven??

The Christian view is that if you are both saved, you will both be reunified in heaven! I enjoyed reading 90 Minutes in Heaven. He was declared dead for 90 minutes, and says while he was dead, he went to heaven and was immediately greeted by loved ones...some he never met. I believe that our loved ones who are in heaven can see us even now.

I'm so sorry she passed away before you got to meet her. I imagine she loved you so much.
