I think if they request girls thinking that they will be easier to raise though they're in for a surprise

I guess I'm really the odd one then. I'd rather have a boy as my first child then a girl if it didn't make my wait longer. I think is because I'm a tomboy but other than that I cannot think of a valid reasons for a gender preference.
