Unhappy Casa El Jardin Orphanage
Does anyone have any first hand information on the Casa El Jardin Orphanage? Our daughter was taken from her foster mother Friday by PGN. She was placed in this orphanage. Our agency doesn't have any information other than the address and I was hoping someone here could maybe calm my fears of the unknown. Any information would be very much appreciated.
