Looking for information on Rwanda adoption
We are just beginning to gather information on how to go about starting the process of adoption out of Rwanda. Does anyone have current information about how easy or difficult it is, general costs/fees, rules/regulations (I am 50, my husband is 55), can you go there and choose a child, are there agencies, etc or could someone point us in the right direction where we might get some of that information.
