By the way, what I meant when I said my mom doesn't remember her Bmom, is that she doesn't remember her face, voice, name, or any biographical facts. She remembers being taken away, but that memory starts the moment after she was separated. It's like she blocked the memory of her mother, and only kept the feeling of loss. I guess it was too traumatic for such a young child.
