I placed my baby for adoption in Kentucky 17 years ago. The adoptive parents were friends of my grandparents. They hired a lawyer who took care of all the paperwork for us. This was in Logan county which is near Bowling Green. I'm not sure if the lawyer is still in practice but PM me if you would like the info. Good luck with this situation!
