[ATXMOM]

I have been telling CPS about every act of aggression the 10 year old does on the 1 year old. Their response was it is better for the children to be together than to be separated, so just try to keep an eye on the baby. Of course that means I can't even go to the bathroom with out the baby. I also told them about what the 10 year old said, but they just said that is why she is seeing a therapist. I also want to add that I have talked to the foster mom that got the 5 year old. He is doing great over at her house and is loveing being the only child and getting all the attention. That made me feel so much better. I think he is going to be ok. His dad is a good man and is trying to get custody of the 5 year old. He should be leaving soon to go live with him. They are just waiting on the home study to be written up and then we will be able to go live with his Dad. They do not expect the Dad to have any problem getting custody.
