Hang in there Lou, you will get through this. To pass on the advice that all my friends are giving us, make sure you are taking time for you every day, away from the kids. Even if it's to take a bath or shower and dry your hair.

We are looking at a similar situation once Skye gets home, he and our almost newborn are 16 months apart. We have many many friends and family in our community who are all on board to help us out, and then tell us this each time they see us b/c they are worried I am going to try and be super mom. I am super, and I will be a mom, but have no intention of trying to be a supermom.

Hang in there, it will get better.
