[NC4321]

Hi,

I had asked some questions a while back about my NC birth certificates with different registration dates and attendants. It may have nothing to with adoption but I wanted to ask one more specific question.

On my birth certificates on the "signature of registrar" box I believe it has an R.E. Fox M.D. and then it has the letters AC written in cursive. What do the letters AC stand for?
