I hate it. I cringe when I see it. I hate it almost as much as I hate the term "our birthmom". I shave a few seconds off when I'm typing a response as well, but I can't quite figure out how exmom is easier than emom. I try not to get too caught up in language differences, but some make me cringe a little and this new trend of "ex" is one I hope doesn't stick.
