Adoption Questions
I am searching adoption agencies and I need to know what kinds of questions I should ask them I am hoping to adopt a hispanic child. The home study is done .. Some agencies want money just to fill out application to be accepted to their agency so I would like to make sure I ask all the question upfront.Please e-mail me soon as I have one agency that I want to know more about.
