I don't see how she will be able do it. I have one son (2 1/2) and a supportive DH. The demands of my job and the travel (2-3 days/month) are very hard when you have a little one...and my job is not near as demanding as VP. I don't see how men do it either, by the way..although I know it is more common for men.
