We adopted a boy from Kras in 2006 and brought him home when he was 18 months old. He was 14 months at referral and was considered "old" for adoption since many children there were referred out at a much younger age (around 9 months). I am not really sure about the wait times anymore... there are many orphanages in and around Kras, it just depends how many your agency works with. Kras is a very nice region. Jessie76 just got back from adopting a boy and a girl and I do not think she waited too long for the referrals. Maybe send her a PM and she could give you more info on that.
