We were notified about a beautiful DS baby girl, THis will be our second Angel, I am trying to find out if there is any financial help with travel expences when adopting from another state for a state adoption. I have looked on the ICPC, It really doesn't say. I know about the nonrecuring expence, but travel will be an issue. Is there anywhere I can look this up
