Sorry to hear that Momof9 and I know what you mean. We also take in medical fragil but they are always calling with healthy kids and then I hear that they are placing babies in institution or having to stay in hosptials b/c they don't have homes for them.
I am slowly learning to live with the fact that 'Yes' there are rules but it is the SW that decides if they want to follow them and that we are their oncall babysitters.
I have thought about quitting a couple times but I think I'm not doing the kids (when we get them) any good and I sure don't want to give the SW anymore reason to say she's overworked b/c she don't have enough FPs. And I feel bad for the SWs that are great at their job and do it for the kids not the bp, to get a bad rap b/c of the ones that don't.
