The majority of the toys in my house are what you would consider "boy toys" and the only "girl toys" are those of my niece and my boys aren't allowed to play with any of her stuff regardless of what it is, just for the simple fact that they are not all that gentle with handling and often break her things.
If you want to, good for you....i think everyone should be free to raise their children how they want to, as long as they aren't abusing them. But it doesn't mean I have to or that my children are any worst or better of..it's just the way it is in my house simply put....

I agree...Everyone makes their own choices as a parent...I'm just not an "it's that way because I say so" sort of Mom...maybe I over think everything  I make every choice I make for Tyler, for a reason.

11/15/08 - FINALIZE in St. Louis on National Adoption Day!
06/22/09 - Maybe we should do this again?
06/25/09 - Start the official paperwork to update our home study and make Tyler a big brother.
07/13/09 - Match with a 2.5 month old baby BOY!
07/28/09 - Matty is in our arms!
