African American Adoptive Parents - Share your experience
My DH and I are in the process of beginning foster to adopt. We currently have 1 BD and would like to adoptive a AA Boy - 0 - 3yrs. This site has been very supportive & informative, but I am very interested hearing from AA parents that have adopted thru the state. Specifically wait time, birth parent issues, # of children available, tough time adjusting, etc. Thanks.
