My 3 almost 4 yr old ds plays with dolls sometimes with his sister and cousins. He liked them more when he was younger though. To be honest, right now he likes playing with big sis's barbies too. In his defense though, he LOVES his cars and other "boy" toys!
My 12 month ds will hold and love on a baby doll every once in awhile. He probably would more if he was able to go into sis's room more often.
