That makes no sense at all. Why is it that you had to do all the stuff to become certified as a foster parent and they can move the baby to a house that hasn't done all of that? This sounds so crazy. I wonder if the other family really knows what the status of the baby is and are they trained to take care of a medically fragile baby? Since when do the bio's get to dictate what they will or will not do to get their kids back? Too bad you don't know who the CASA or GAL is. Maybe they could shed some light it. Could you call the CASA office and find out?
