Well...I told you all I would keep you posted, so here I go.

Tessa (15 months) had an MRI and a Pet Scan this week which both came back abnormal. On her MRI it showed thickening of one of her neck muscles, which she will need physical therapy for...no biggie...we're used to that.

Her Pet Scan on the other hand was disheartening to say the least. Throughout most of her brain, it doesn't metabolize glucose like it should for someone her age. What that means is that her brain doesn't function as well as it should for someone her age. She doesn't have a diagnosis, except for epilepsy, so we're not really sure what that all means. We just know that God gave her to us for a reason and we will do all that we can to make sure she has the most happy and productive life she can.

For today, though...I feel like crawling in bed and not coming out for awhile. Tomorrow will be better and I'll stand up and fight for my two sweet princessas with all that I have. Today I'm just sad.
