i have actually had the bios meet me at the dr office for their childrens visit twice. one happened to be the 4month old shot appointment and the other one daycare called 45 min before visit was to start and said the 2.5 yr old had a 103 temp. But other than that if they are to sick to go to school/daycare they do not go on visit.
