Oh The Secret Life of Bees is a good one, I just finished it. I haven't read the Kite Runner, I have it here, but his second book A Thousand Splendid Suns was fantastic.
Someone was asking of anyone had read The Time Traveller's Wife - I have. I really liked it actually. It is NOT a sci-fi and is much more a love story. It was a really good book.
I just started The Thirteenth Tale - I've been eyeing it for a while and then saw it on my stepmom's bookshelf in June and borrowed it.
