Cassidy is 18 months today, and wears a 3 or 4. For length, she is a 3, but her feet are wide, and she still has that "baby fat" on the tops of her feet...kinda like Fred Flintstone feet. Some size 3 shoes are too tight across the tops of her feet.
Her daddy jokes that she should wear the boxes the shoes come in, and forget wearing the shoes.
