Our agency made us watch a video like this before we completed our adoption. The family did end up sending there daughter back to Russia. It was heartbreaking but they wanted families to know ahead of time how attachment issues can tear your family apart and if you are not prepared to deal with them a poor innocent child will pay the consequences.
Very sad.
