I didn't travel with ones that little - but it's always a good idea to have a backpack full of "new things". Little games that your toddler hasn't seen before. Obviously, nothing noisy! I know this may not be an option - but can you travel without the two kiddos. I don't know the ins and outs of domestic - but with international - I would not travel with kids that young. If there is paperwork...yikes! Also, the short bonding time alone with your new one is so worth it. We did travel with our 8 year old (9 on second trip) and I would say he was the youngest I would take! Good luck!
