I had the same type of issue with my son. Bmom was married and had a bf on the side. Her husband knew it was not his and stated that from the start.
Our lawyer had both Husband and BF sign. Lawyers can contact both parties without either side knowing. Don't let the agencies push you around, they don't always look out for you.
