When you shampoo, scrub that little area (gently of course) with a little brush. I mean, really scrub it. The hospital did that for DD#2 when she was first born. She still gets this a little after the tubbie - looks like dry scalp to me.... what is her heritage, full AA or mixed?? PM for the name of a great line of products...
