BTW......cute baby!
Our youngest baby...now almost 2yrs old......had this receeding hairline too. It bothered me, as I thought it would never 'fill in'. It did, but he continues to have this weird hairline...similar to the guy from the Today show who does a lot of anchoring. (His name escapes me just now.)
But, I have to say that there wasn't a color differentiation, as it seems to be in your submitted photo. I'm with the others asking if you're sure this isn't some cradle cap going on as well? (And cradle cap can happen with any race baby!)
Then again, it just might be your baby's that way......and regardless, a cute little girl!
Ask your pediatrician about it and let us know what s/he says.
