Hi everyone. Thanks for the recipes and marinade tips. I will try some tomorrow night. My husband and son flew from Mpls-St.Paul to Anchorage. They rented a car and drove 4 hours to Homer Alaska. My husband had set up 3 days of fishing through a charter service. They got up early and met the boat at the dock. There were several other people on the boat. The charter service supplied all fishing equipment. They would fish until about 4 each day. When they got back to the dock they were able to hand their fish off to be cleaned and filleted and flash frozen. The fish was then shipped to our front door. Both guys said it was wonderful. They saw whales and seals and puffins and lots of other wildlife. They stayed at a B and B and said there were lots of good restaurants in town. I would have loved to have gone, but the little guys would not have had fun.
