I just cannot believe it! 14 LONG months in PGN and we just found out Julia's case was approved on Wednesday. We can't stop smiling. We are so happy. I haven't posted much since we brought her sister home in May but she is adjusting well and her English is improving each day. For all of you long time PGNers, I'm sending prayers your way and hoping you are right behind us!!
