The agency we used for our Guatemala adoption sent an email about 2 weeks ago to all of their Guat families. They say they now have a program open in 3 places in Mexico...Monterey, Mexico City, and one other I don't remember. The country fee is $13,000 plus agency fee, dossier, finger prints, travel, etc. Still, seemed like in the end it would be less than our Guat adoption came to.
The info they had available says typically children 2 years old and up available, and sometimes infants with special needs.
I cannot personally confirm any info...this is just what was in their email, and is currently on their website. Anyone is welcome to PM me, and I can give you the web address or name and number of my agency.
