Well-Experienced here with Teen Idiocy...
I had to laugh when I read your post. I'm glad C is OK, but I know just where you're coming from.
I remember when C was in high school, first day of sophomore year. At the end of the day, I'm at home and a police cruisier pulls into my driveway (not usually a good sign). A friend of mine is driving and C is in the back seat (even worse sign).
Well, it turns out C decided to try to jump over a bicycle rack at school, lost his balance, came down worng on his foot, and tore off his big toe nail 90% of the way. when I asked him why he tried a stunt like that, the response was the famous "Ida Know"
