I have used smilebox. it is free if you dont mind the ads. you can pick a cute one that only has one picture and add your video to it. When it is done, you hit send, blog or email, then blog, and then which blog type you use. it will give you html code that you can copy and paste to your "new post" on your blog.
You may not want to go that route, but it has worked for us!
