Hi Everyone,

I am a newbie hoping to get some support and guidance. My husband and I have struggled with infertility issues over the past 8 years. In January 2008, a friend referred me to an adoption agency that she had great success with. I started talking with the local agent that handles my area and she referred me to several people who could handle my homestudy. It took 4.5 months to complete my homestudy. Now my homestudy agent wants the adoption agency to review it before we submit it. I have been on the phone trying to contact the lady I was working with it took her two weeks to return my call due to a vacation. When I finally got in touch with her she said she would look at homestudy that I emailed and get back with me the next day, well that was 3 weeks ago, I have been psychotically ringing her phone and leaving messages also emailed again. Am I just stressing too much, or is this what adoption agencies do? Maybe I am just too anxious.
