Hi, we are looking for agencies where we can complete an adoption for $15,000 or less, not including HS and any travel. We are open to race - we would actually prefer biracial/AA or hispanic, as we already are a transracial family (we have adopted from Guatemala and Korea).

I've been researching on my own, of course, but it's been very tedius. If anyone has suggestions for us, please PM me.
