I am not sure how old your FS is, but with all out FC we use a team concept. We start this from when they first come into care. We Say we are on their team, the SWs are on their team, their counselors are on the team. If an investigator needs to be involved we add them to the team also. We really hype up how importnant the kids are to have such a big team. The kids are usually really excited about their team and all this people care so much about them. We always stress the importance of telling the truth to the people on their team.
