I give Cooper motrin...it's the only thing that works. I usually give it to him before he goes to bed (or else he wakes up in pain in the middle of the night) and sometimes when he gets up. I only do a combo of Tylenol / Motrin if it's real bad.
My dr said that it's best to give them motrin because they ARE in pain..teething hurts...and the pain won't stop so giving them something like tablets are good (and we do) but they won't last. Of course each family is different so you will have to find something that works for yours!
