I will not take a stance on what you should do....but as a natural mom...waiting for the day for my twin boys to come to me and my search is over....i would much rather receive a certified letter than have them just show up at my door. not that i would ever turn them away...but need time to register the fact they found me. having said that, you do not know that he even received that letter...my husband had and ex-wife that kept letters from his children from him...when she finally left...she threw a shoe box at him that contained a couple of years worth of correspondance letters from them...he was in such shock! do not presume anything until you know for sure he has signed a registered letter receipt...just my opinion as a mom .....
