I would talk to the CW and her supervisor. You shouldn't have to be yanked around like that. We learned that if the mom is more than 20 minutes late we can leave. If they are consistantly late you should be able to request that the mom call 30 minutes before the visit to confirm that she will be there on time. Then the CW can call you if there hasn't been a call ahead. Can you ask about having the county/agency arrange pick up and drop off for the kids so as to minimize the craziness for your family?
