Well why don't you call DYFS? When I called the very first step was having a local DYFS worker come to the house and just go over a lot of information with us. Maybe if your husband could talk to a worker and see the information and what steps would be required of you he could make up his mind?
Because just calling and having them come over for an initial meeting doesn't sign you up for anything
