It's amazing to read on the foster parent support site about foster children staying with their foster families, the foster parents not supporting reunification. Then come to this site and see the effects on children placed outside their birth family.

I will be watching the site and supporting you all in NY with prayers and positive thoughts. I personally am trying to encourage states to pass a new Interstate Compact for Placement of Children--that law is 50 years old!!
